Ingredients
1 cup flour, all-purpose -- *
4 cup flour, whole-grain wheat --
1 **
1 cup honey
3 tablespoon molasses
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup dry milk
1/4 cup salad oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cup dried fruit and nuts -- up
1 to 4 cups
Cooking Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together using your hands. Add water if the dough will not stick together without it.
2. Pat or roll out onto cookie sheets to a thickness of 1/2 inch.
3. Score into squares with a sharp knife.
4. Bake 1 hour at 300° F.
Makes 2 - 9 x 13 in. pans.
