| Lobster Eggs Recipe |

Ingredients
2 tablespoon butter
2 oz sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoon flour
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 pepper
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh basil
2 cup lobster meat
8 eggs
8 bread rusks
Cooking Directions:
In skillet, heat butter. Saute mushrooms. Sprinkle flour & cook 2 minutes. Add cream, seasonings & 1/2 cup lobster meat. Simmer until thick. Poach eggs. Place remaining lobster on rusks. Top with egg. Smother with sauce. Serve at once.
