Ingredients
8 oz raw beef liver; 1/2 inch thick
4 oz onion
1 can mushrooms; drained
Cooking Directions:
Slice onions and break into rings. Place rings in Teflon pan, cover and simmer until soft, 5 minutes. Remove cover, raise heat and brown onions. Remove onions. Add liver to pan. Cover and simmer about 3 minutes on low heat. Turn liver and score with meats
