| Bananas Foster - De Carle Recipe |

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon dark rum
1 tablespoon creme de banana
3 large bananas, split and sliced
1 vanilla ice cream
1 dash cinnamon
Cooking Directions:
In a wide skillet, melt butter and sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture has blended to caramel.
Add liquors and ignite. (Use caution!) Heat bananas in mixture for 2 minutes and serve over ice cream. Sprinkle w a dash of cinnamon.
