Linguini With Sausage And Peppers Recipe

Ingredients

2 lb italian sausage links
4 large green or red bell peppers
2 large yellow onions
1 tablespoon garlic -- minced



Cooking Directions:

Cut peppers and onions into strips. Saute' garlic in olive oil until slightly browned. Add peppers and onions and reduce heat to simmer. Cover and stir ocassionaly.

At the same time, boil Italian sausages for 15 to 20 minutes. Drain and cut up. Add sausage to peppers and onions and simmer an additional 20 to 30 minutes.

Prepare linguini as directed on package. Drain and saute' in butter briefly. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over linguini and mix well. Serve sausage - pepper mixture over linguini.
