Ingredients
2 cup spinach; fresh, packed
1/4 cup fresh parsley sprigs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 cup garlic
2 tablespoon walnuts
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cup linguine; uncooked
Cooking Directions:
Combine all ingredients except linguine in blender. Blend until mixture is smooth. Meanwhile, cook linguine in boiling water from 8-10 minutes. Drain. Immediately toss hot linguine with sauce. Recipe By : Waremart Supermarket handout
