| Light "Whipped" Cream Recipe |

Ingredients
1/3 cup evaporated skim milk,
1 chilled in mixing bowl
1 in freezer for 30 min
1 (chill beaters too)
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoon non-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon orange liqueur, such as
1 grand marnier or cointreau
Cooking Directions:
In a chilled deep mixing bowl, beat evaporated skim milk with electric beaters for 1-2 min, or until it is the consistency of whipped cream. Gradually add sugar, yogurt, and liqueur, and beat for several minutes more, or until thicken. Serve within 1/2 hour.
