Lemon Tarragon Chicken With Asparagus Recipe

Ingredients

1 lb frozen chicken breasts; boneless
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup chicken stock
1 teaspoon tarragon; (dried)
1 pkg frozen asparagus; (or fresh partially cooke
2 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream
1 salt and pepper; to taste



Cooking Directions:

Put frozen chicken breasts in crock pot and add lemon juice, broth, and tarragon. Cook on low 6 hours. Add asparagus; whisk cream and flour together and add. Cook another hour on high or until asparagus is tender and sauce is thickened. Serve over noodles or rice. Artichokes are good in this too!
