Ingredients
6 boneless skinless chicken
1 breast halves
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
5 teaspoon lime juice
2 tablespoon lemon juice
3 teaspoon pesto, heaping
1 clove garlic minced
1 salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Directions:
Whisk together all ingredients EXCEPT chicken. Pour over chicken and marinate for 4-6 hours.
Place in a baking dish and bake at 350ø for 45 minutes, or until done.
