Ingredients

3 cup rice milk or nonfat milk
1 cup short grain rice (arborio,
1 sweet, etc)
3 bananas, mashed (i assume
1 they meant to say very ripe
1 bananas)
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg



Cooking Directions:

Preheat over to 350F. Mix all together well and pour into a 1 1/2 qt casserole. Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender. Makes 4 cups.
