Ingredients
3 scoops vanilla ice cream
2 lemons; juice of
6 oz 7-up (sprite substitutes nicely)
1 oz simple syrup
Cooking Directions:
Great for the kids. Divine on a hot summer day! Blend ingredients, top with whipped cream, serve in a frosted glass. (I have misplaced the recipe for simple syrup - it's when you super-saturate water with white sugar and boil to thicken it)
