| Left Over Turkey Recipe |

Ingredients
3 cup baked turkey; cut in small pieces
1 cup celery; chopped
1 medium size onion; chopped
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chick; en soup
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoon lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 paprika
1 crushed potato chips
Cooking Directions:
Mix all ingredients together; turn into a 1-1/2 to 2 quart casserole. Cover with crushed potato chips. Sprinkle top with paprika. Bake uncovered at 350 for about 30 minutes or until potato chips begin to brown. Serves 6.
