| Landlubber's Salmon Patties Recipe |

Ingredients
1 pink salmon; drained
1 egg or 2 egg whites
1/2 cup cornflake cereal; crushed
1/4 cup onion; minced
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon oil
Cooking Directions:
Mash salmon with fork. Add egg whites, crushed creal, onion and lemon juice. Mix throughly; form 4 patties. Heat oil over medium heat in a nonstick skillet. Add patties and cook 6-8 munutes or until brown; turn and cook 4-6 munutes or until brown. Serving size: 4-oz patty Calories: 220 Fat: 11 gm Cholesterol: 106 mg Sodium: 652 mg fish,mine
