Ingredients
28 oz catsup
6 chipotle pepper; canned, chopped fine
1/4 medium onions; chopped fine
1/4 cup cider vinegar
12 oz beer; amber (like pete's wicked
2 tablespoon chili powder
4 cloves garlic; minced
2 tablespoon prepared mustard
2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon cocoa
1/4 cup bourbon
1 juice of 1/2 lime
1 fresh black pepper to taste
Cooking Directions:
Bring all ingredients to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer. Cook until thick.
