Ingredients

3 ripe bananas
1 pkg unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 oz cranberry liqueur
1/2 pint cream, whipped



Cooking Directions:

peel and slice bananas. Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Combine sliced bananas, gelatin, sugar, lemon juice and cranberry liqueur, Blend in blender until smooth. Partially freeze mixture. Fold in whipped cream and freeze. serves 6 to 8 Posted to MM-Recipes Digest V3 #330
