| Jicama Fruit Salad Recipe |

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb jicama; peeled and cubed
3 medium oranges; peeled and cut in bite si
2 large cucumbers; peeled, seeded,cubed
1/3 pineapple; peeled and cubed
6 key limes; juiced or 3 regular limes
1 salt; to taste
1 ground chile piquin; optional or chile powder
Cooking Directions:
Place all ingredients in a non-metallic bowl and toss. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
