Japenese Style Potato Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1 lb russet potatoes
1/2 cucumber
1/2 small onion thin sliced
1 teaspoon yellow or dijon mustard
3 large sandwich sliced of ham
1 cut into smnall squares
1/2 cup mayonaisse
1 salt and pepper
1 optional: sliced apples



Cooking Directions:

Boil unpeeled potatoes. Cut cumber lenghtwise and remove seeds and cut into thin slices and place in bowl. add salt. cut onion in thin slices and soak in cold water until youre ready to use them. Remove skins from cooked potatoes and cut potatoes lenghtwise into pieces 1 inch wide. Drain cucumber and drain onions well. Place all ingredients into large bowl and mix well.
