| Balsmic Glazed Steak Recipe |

Ingredients
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
3 large cloves garlic; crushed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon cracked black pepper
2 lb top round steak; 1 1/2 thick
Cooking Directions:
In a plastic zip-top bag, combine all ingredients; seal and shake to coat steak. Chill at least 2 hours, turning once. Heat broiler. Place steak on a broiler rack. Broil 20 mins. for med-rare, turning once. Let stand 10 mins. before slicing.
