| Jalapeno Corn Casserole Recipe |

Ingredients
17 oz corn, canned
17 oz creamed corn, canned
1/2 cup corn meal
2 eggs
6 tablespoon wesson oil
1 teaspoon garlic salt
2 jalapenos, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
Cooking Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and pour in greased casserole.
2. Bake 40 minutes at 350øF.
3. Cover with cheese and put back in oven long enough for cheese to melt.
