Ingredients
2 teaspoon active dry yeast
1 1/2 cup king arthur white wheat flour
1 1/2 cup king arthur special (bread) flour
2 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup milk
1 cup monterey jack; shredded
1/2 cup red bell pepper; cored, seeded & chopped
1/4 cup jalapeno pepper; cored, seeded & chopped
Cooking Directions:
All ingredients should be at room temperature before starting. Add the first 8 ingredients to the pan in the order listed. Select "White Bread". Press "Start". Add the remaining ingredients towards the end of final kneading, when the "beeps" sound.
