Ingredients

1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 oz bourbon
1 clove pressed garlic
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoon mesquite honey



Cooking Directions:

Combine ingredients in a glass jar, shake, pour over a 3 to 4-pound, 2-inch thick sirloin and let marinate several hours, at room temperature, turning several times.
