| Jack Cheese Fondue Recipe |

Ingredients
2 cup milk
2 cup dry white wine
2 oz butter
1/4 cup flour or butter roux
3 tablespoon corn starch
1/2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 tablespoon tabasco sauce
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
1/2 tablespoon celery salt
1 1/2 lb sonoma hot pepper jack
1 lb sonoma garlic jack
2 oz sonoma cheddar
Cooking Directions:
Bring milk to a boil; add flour. Stir constantly. Add wine and corn starch, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients. Keep heat low; cook just til cheese melts.
