| Balsamic House Dressing Recipe |

Ingredients
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 clove garlic; crushed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 freshly ground black pepper
1 fresh rosemary; marjoram, savory or other
1 1/2 cup olive oil
Cooking Directions:
Blend vinegar, mustard, garlic, salt, pepper and herbs together. Whisk in olive oil. Let stand in refrigerator for 30 mins. before serving. Will keep for about 1 week. Makes 2 cups.
