1 cup mashed potatoes
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour; unbleached
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast --large loaf---
2 cup mashed potatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cup all-purpose flour; unbleached
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon active dry yeast
Cooking Directions:
Place mashed potatoes into machine baking pan, add oil. Add flour & salt, then yeast. Use rapid cycle for this loaf.
