Ingredients
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup salad oil
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon basil
1 clove garlic; pressed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
Cooking Directions:
Mix in blender, processor or by hand, for 15-20 seconds. Add 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, process for additional 10 seconds. Makes 1-1/4 cups.
