Ingredients
1 vanilla ice cream
1 oz frangelico (italian liqueur)
1 oz amaretta (italian liqueur)
1 oz vodka
1 whipped cream
1 long-stemmed cocktail glass
Cooking Directions:
Using a blender, combine 2 or 3 scoops vanilla ice cream, Frangelico, Amaretta & vodka. Blend at high speed 10 seconds. Pour into a 6-oz cocktail glass, decorate top with whipped cream & a cherry, and serve with a straw. Delicious.
