| Irish Coffee Cooler Recipe |

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup strong freshly brewed black coffee
5 oz irish whiskey
2 small scoops coffee ice cream
1 pint heavy cream
2 teaspoon sugar or to taste
2 teaspoon finely ground cinnamon mixed with:
2 teaspoon extra fine white sugar
1 egg white
Cooking Directions:
Place chilled coffee, ice cream and sugar in blender and whip until frothy. Add Irish whiskey and blend for 5 addition- al seconds. Whip heavy cream lightly, stopping before peaks are formed and place in a separate bowl. Mix sugar and cinna- mon until well-blended and set aside on a plate. Whip egg white very lightly with a fork so that it becomes a frothy liquid without being stiff. Dip chilled glasses in egg white, then into cinnamon mixture. Pour blender mixture into glasses. Top off with lightly whipped cream spread evenly with a spoon on top of Irish coffee mixture. Do not stir. Serves 2 generously. Posted to recipelu-digest by "Diane Geary" on Feb 22, 1998
