Ingredients
1 lb beef stew meat; cut into 1 cubes
1 large onion; diced
3 stalks celery; coarsely chopped
2 cloves garlic; peeled
1 medium turnip; peeled and cubed
1 cup water
8 carrot; cut into 1 pieces
3 can low sodium beef broth
1/2 cup barley
1/2 cup oats; steel cut
2 medium potato; cubed
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Cooking Directions:
Throw it all in the pot and cook it on med for 7 hours or low for 11 hours NOTES : 277.2 cal, 6.1 fat (18.5% from fat),22.6 pro 37.5 carbs, 31 chol, 321 sod
