Ingredients

1/4 cup hot peppers; ground
3/4 cup bell peppers; ground
1 1/2 cup cider vinegar (up to)
6 1/2 cup sugar
1 bottle (16-oz) certo



Cooking Directions:

Wash peppers, cut and remove seeds. Grind hot and bell peppers with fine cutter of grinder. In a large pot, combine peppers, sugar, and vinegar; mix well. Boil for 10 minutes; remove from heat. Add bottle of Certo Pour into small sterilized bottles and seal with paraffin Delicious served with meats, especially pork.
