Ingredients
2 teaspoon mustard prepared, heaping
1 teaspoon butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup cream
1 dash cinnamon
1 dash salt
1 teaspoon flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 dash nutmeg
1 dash cayenne pepper
Cooking Directions:
Beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Cook in double boiler, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. This is great served with a ham. It is also good with turkey on sandwiches, with some of the leftover dressing. sauces,pork,holiday
