4 tablespoon dutch processed cocoa
2 tablespoon sugar
2 cup milk
1/4 cup heavy cream -or-
1 /4 c half and half
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon dark rum (eg myers)
1 teaspoon cognac
1 dash cinnamon
1 dash nutmeg
Cooking Directions:
