Ingredients
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sherry or marsala
2 green onions, minced
2/3 cup hoisin sauce
1/2 teaspoon chinese chili paste
1 garlic, optional
1 chicken, cut in 8ths
Cooking Directions:
Preheat oven 400 degrees. Mix all ingred. add chicken. line 13x9 pan with foil. add add chicken pour sauce over. bake till doen
