3/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup dry sherry
1 small carrot; peeled, minced
1 garlic clove; minced
1 tablespoon sweet red pepper; minced
1 1/2 teaspoon ginger root; minced
2 small scallions; chopped
1 teaspoon lemon peel; grated
Cooking Directions:
