| Hopkins Country Stew Recipe |

Ingredients
1 frying chicken
1 bunch carrots
1 bunch shallots
4 large onions
1/2 bunch celery
5 potatoes; diced
1 small cabbage
1 cup whole kernel corn; frozen
1 cup cream corn
1 cup white corn
1 sugar; amount you want
1 salt and pepper; to taste
Cooking Directions:
Cover fryer with water and simmer until meat falls off bone. Remove bone and skin and cut meat into small pieces. Return to pot.
Add remaining ingredients and cook until vegetables are tender.
Season to taste.
