| Honey-Soy Chicken Recipe |

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, skinned, boned, an; d halved
----MARINADE----
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoon dry sherry
1 teaspoon peeled, minced ginger root or
2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
Cooking Directions:
Place chicken in a non-metallic dish. Combine marinade ingredients and pour over chicken. Turn to coat. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour, turning once, or refrigerate and marinate for several hours or overnight.
Prepare grill for medium-high heat. Grill chicken 6 to 8 minutes per side or just until done.
