Ingredients
8 1/4 oz unpeeled apricot halves; drained
1 cup dairy sour cream
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 dash salt
Cooking Directions:
Put all of the ingredients into a blender container and blend until smooth. Chill, if desired.
Makes 1 3/4 cups.
