Ingredients
1 egg
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup milk
2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 lb mozzarella cheese; sliced
1 beef; thinly sliced
1 parmesan cheese
1 tomato sauce
Cooking Directions:
Combine egg with milk. Dredge thin beef slices through egg mixture, then coat with bread crumbs. In skillet heat oil until a light haze forms. Add beef and brown them quickly on both sides. Transfer to a baking disk. Top with mozzarella and cover with tomato sauce.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes or until sauce bubbles. Serve at omce. meats
