Herbed Spinach Bake Recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
2 cup cooked rice
2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, (8 oz. )
4 eggs, beaten
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/4 cup chopped onions
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon ground thyme



Cooking Directions:

Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well, squeezing outexcess liquid. Combine spinach with remaining ngredients in a large bowl. Pour into a greased 13x9x2" baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 F. for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for 5 minutes more or until set. Serve cut into squares. May decorate with twists of pimeinto for holidays.
