| Beef Macaroni Recipe |

Ingredients
5 medium onions; chopped
1 bacon drippings
1 lb ground beef
1 chopped parsley
1 salt
1 chili powder to taste
1 lb cheese; grated
1 carrot; chopped
1 rib celery; chopped
1 poultry seasoning to taste
1 pepper
1 1/2 cup tomatoes
1 pkg (10-oz) macaroni
Cooking Directions:
Saute onion in drippings. Add beef and brown. Add remaining ingredients, except macaroni, and simmer 1 hour. Cook macaroni according to directions. Grease large casserole and layer macaroni, sauce and cheese. Repeat. Bake at 350 about 30 minutes. Serves 8-10.
