Ingredients

1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
4 tablespoon butter
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup cake crumbs
1/2 cup ground almonds
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon milk
1 tablespoon raspberry jam



Cooking Directions:

Cream butter & sugar; add egg & beat well. Add cake crumbs, almonds, extract & milk; mix thoroughly. Spread jam over pie crust & fill with mixture. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
