| Hearty Turkey Noodle Soup Recipe |

Ingredients
2 tablespoon margarine, softened
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup frozen carrots, diced
1/2 cup celery, diced
2 quart water
3 tablespoon chicken soup base
2 cup medium egg noodles, uncooked
2 cup cooked turkey, diced
Cooking Directions:
Saute onion, carrots, and celery in margarine. Stir in water, chicken soup base and noodles. Heat to boiling, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and add turkey. Gently boil until noodles are tender and flavors are blended, 8-12 minutes.
