Ingredients
1/2 cup apple juice
3/4 cup water
2 tablespoon honey
3 tablespoon orange juice concentrate
1 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 t. whole-wheat flour
1/4 cup wheat gluten
3/4 cup quick oats
3 teaspoon yeast
Cooking Directions:
Mix in the order recommended by your breadmaker. This uses the fresh-milk white/wheat setting on the Black & Decker.
