| Hawaiian Flours Banana Bread Recipe |

Ingredients
1 cup banana cake mix
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup bread flour
1 cup all purpose flour
2 teaspoon yeast
2 tablespoon oil
3 tablespoon gluten
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 1/4 cup water (boiling)
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 (walnut or pecan)
Cooking Directions:
Boil water then add oats. Let steep for 10 minutes. Add ingredients according to your ABM requirements.
Makes a small loaf--9 slices plus heel.
