Ingredients
2 large sweet apples, peeled, cored - & dic; ed
1 cup walnuts
1/4 cup kosher wine
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 dash nutmeg
1 dash allspice
Cooking Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until coarsely pureed. Store in an air-tight container until needed.
