Ingredients
3 1/2 cup flour
1 cup butter
2 cup sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoon soda
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1 1/2 cup pumpkin
1 1/2 cup choc. chips
1 1/2 cup walnuts (opt)
Cooking Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 cream butter, sugar, and eggs. add spices. add flour and pumpkin. Stir in Choc. Chips and nuts. grease BOTTOM of 2 9X5 loaf pans. bake at 375 for 65-75 min., or until toothpick comes out clean.
