| Baked Turkey Loaf Recipe |

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb ground turkey
1/2 medium onion; finely chopped
1 celery stalk; finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley; minced
1 tablespoon bell pepper; finely chopped
1/2 cup whole-wheat bread crumbs; toasted
1/4 cup skim milk; or chicken stock
1 egg white; slightly beaten
1/4 teaspoon black pepper; freshly ground
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano; crushed
10 ml garlic; crushed

1 *cals
1 *mg chol
1 *gm dietary fiber
1 *gm fat
1 *mg sodium
Cooking Directions:
Mix all ingredients until just blended. Do not overmix. Press the mixture into a 4 x 9-inch nonstick loaf pan. Bake at 325F for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve hot with Mushroom Glaze (see recipe same name) or serve cold. Makes 6 servings. Posted to EAT-L Digest 19 Sep 96 poultry,low-fat
