Ingredients
1 cup diced dubuque 97% fat-free ham; (6 ounces) or any extra-l
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can healthy request cream of mushroom s; oup, (10 3/4 - ounce)
3/4 cup shredded kraft reduced-fat cheddar; cheese, (3-ounces)
1 cup frozen peas
2 tablespoon canned chopped pimiento
2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 2 teaspoon; s dried parsley flakes
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 cup chopped cooked spaghetti; rinsed and drained
Cooking Directions:
IN A LARGE SKILLET SPRAYED WITH BUTTER-FLAVORED COOKING SPRAY, SAUTE HAM AND ONION UNTIL ONION IS TENDER, ABOUT 5 MINUTES. STIR IN MUSHROOM SOUP AND CHEDDAR CHEESE. COOK OVER LOW HEAT, STIRRING OFTEN, UNTIL CHEESE MELTS. ADD PEAS, PIMIENTO, PARSLEY, BLACK PEPPER, AND SPAGHETTI. MIX WELL TO COMBINE. LOWER HEAT AND SIMMER 5 TO 10 MIN., STIRRING OFTEN. HINT: 1 1/2 CUPS UNCOOKED SPAGHETTI USUALLY COOK TO ABOUT 2 CUPS.
