| Ham Salad Sandwiches Recipe |

Ingredients
4 lb fully cooked ham or ring bologna, c; oarsely ground
3 cup sweet pickles, chopped
2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 oz diced pimientos, drained
100 slice bread
Cooking Directions:
Combine ham, pickles, mayonnaise and pimientos; mix well. Spoon 1/4 cup onto 50 slices of bread; top with lettuce if desired and remaining bread.
