Ham Loaf With Horseradish Glaze Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb ground ham
1 1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 lb ground beef
1 1/2 cup oats
4 eggs; beaten
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cup tomato juice --horseradish glaze---
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoon flour
2 teaspoon dry mustard
8 tablespoon horseradish



Cooking Directions:

Combine all ham loaf ingredients thoroughly and pack in 9x13" pan. Bake in 350 degree oven 45 minutes. Mix together Horseradish Glaze ingredients and spread on Ham Loaf mixture. Continue baking 30 minutes more.
