| Ham Loaf #1 Recipe |

Ingredients
1 lb ground raw ham
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 lb ground beef
1 cup cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 can (10.75-oz) tomato soup
1/2 cup beef bouillon
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup prepared mustard
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup butter
3 egg yolks
1 tablespoon flour
Cooking Directions:
Mix meats well; add crumbs, eggs and milk. Shape into loaf pan and top with soup. Bake at 350 for 1-1/2 hours. Cook remaining ingredients on low heat (or in double boiler) until thick. Serve with ham loaf.
